Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Perused the application. Present application is filed by the applicant for condonation of 142 days delay caused in presenting the appeal against impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Parbhani in MACP No. 446 of 2015. 3.
The learned counsel for respondent submits that there is inordinate delay, which has not been explained satisfactorily, therefore, the same cannot be condoned and prayed for rejection of application. 4.
In view of reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to condone the delay.

In sequel, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay caused to present the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award stands condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process.

The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and stand disposed of.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondent. Mr. Wange, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent.
