It is stated that the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee since 2013.

The Respondent No.3 has issued notice to the petitioner to submit the validity certificate or else action would be taken.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent No.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within four (4) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 2.5.2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

b) The Respondent No.3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. c) The Respondent No.3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

d) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
