The validation proceeding is pending since the year-2015. The result of the Petitioner's final year B.Sc. (Agriculture) is withheld.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondents No. 1 and 2.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.02.2022. The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the proceeding within a period of four (04) months.

In case, there is no other impediment, the Respondent shall not withhold the result of the Petitioners examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The Parties may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 6.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
