The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation. Leave granted to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation.

The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn.

The petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.One Lakh Only) pursuant to the orders of this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner graciously agrees to donate an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the Aurangabad High Court Bar Association.

In light of that, an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty Five Thousand Only) be remitted to the

(2) 103-pil-75-2021 Aurangabad High Court Bar Association. The remaining amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rs.Seventy Five Thousand Only) is allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner.
