Considering the challenge made to the Judgment and Award passed by the Tribunal, the applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.10.00 lacs (Rs. Ten Lacs) on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amount shall be kept in Fixed Deposit any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and be renewed thereafter as per the directions of this Court.
