Mrs Bharad, learned Advocate for respondents no.2 and 3 submits that there is connected appeal bearing First Appeal No.992 of 2018. This appeal be tagged with First Appeal No.992 of 2018. The Registry to club the said appeal along with this appeal.

Learned Advocates for respondents have no objection to allow this application.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The applicants to carry out necessary amendment in Cross Objection and provide copy of amended memo of Cross Objection to learned Advocates for the other side.

(iii) If amendment is carried out, place both the appeals under the category of final hearing on 17.3.2022.

(iv) The Civil Application stands disposed of.
