It is an application moved by the objection petitioners seeking permission to bring on record legal heirs of owner of the vehicle. 2.

Heard Mr Maney, learned counsel for objection petitioners, Mr A.G. Kanade, learned counsel for respondent No.1/insurance company and Ms Pratibha Bharad, learned counsel for original claimants. 3.

Ms Pratibha Bharad and Mr A.G. Kanade, the learned counsel have no objection to allow this application.

By looking to the nature of dispute, the application needs to be allowed though there is delay of 140 days in preferring this application.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

2 905-CA-616-2022 (ii) The applicants to carry out the necessary amendment in the crossobjection within a period of four weeks from today and furnish the copy of amended cross-objection to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
