The learned advocate for the applicant submits that entire amount as per award passed by the learned MACT, Shahada is deposited in this court.

Since the amount is already deposited, there shall be stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and order dated 19-08-2023 passed by MACT, Shahada in MACP NO. 39/2017.
