Heard. By this Public Interest Litigation filed in 2015, the petitioner sought directions to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to establish Gram Nyayalayas in every taluka/district of the State of Maharashtra as per the Notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice (Department of Justice), New Delhi on 11th September 2009 and also as per the provisions of the Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008.

At the time of the hearing, order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1067 of 2019 on 29th January, 2020 is pointed out. This order shows that the issue of establishment of Gram Nyayalays in the various States including the State of Maharashtra is under consideration of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, we see no reason to examine the grievance of the petitioner in this Public Interest Limitation. 03.

In view the of above, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
