All these applications are filed for modifying the order dated 05.03.2021 passed in these matters whereby the appellant -Acquiring Body was directed to deposit entire amounts of impugned awards within 12 weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant -Acquiring Body submits that in some other connected matters, this Court has permitted to withdraw 60% of the award amounts and therefore the order dated 05.03.2021 can be suitably modified accordingly. However, the learned counsel for the respondents-claimants in all these applications pointed out that this Court in some other connected matters has directed the Acquiring Body to deposit entire

amounts of impugned awards. In view of the same, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 05.03.2021 as claimed by the Acquiring Body against the discretion of earlier Bench at this stage. At the most, time to deposit the amount can be extended further. In view of the same, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C' and the time to deposit the amounts in all these applications is extended by further period of 12 weeks.
