The charge sheet has been filed. The alleged robbed mobile hand sets have been recovered. The applicant is young boy of 21 years. Considering the allegations and facts the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant Jay Kanhaiyala Bhandarkar be released on bail on executing P.B and S.B of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in Crime No. 449/2022 of registered at Karmad Police Station Dist. Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 395,341,323,504 of Indian penal Code on
