1] The petitioner has approached this Court at the eleventh hour and is seeking direction against the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within one week.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not served with vigilance report. 3] In such matter, it would not be possible for this Court to issue direction against respondent - Committee to decide the proceedings within a week or so.

421.22WP 4] However, considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility to get admission to the Health Science Course, the Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings as early as possible. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 13.01.2022.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
