This petition is filed making a grievance that Collector has refused to entertain the R. T. S. Appeal on the ground that the same has been filed by citing incorrect provision of law. The said R. T. S. Appeal is said to have presented on 20.10.2022.

Learned AGP, on instructions, makes statement that the said appeal shall be entertained. In fact, it is his contention that it was suggested to the petitioners to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal memo so that it can be entertained.

Learned counsel for Petitioners undertakes to carry out necessary correction in memo of appeal.

Hence, petitioner is permitted to correct the provisions of law in memo of appeal filed before Collector. The collector to decide the proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously. 5.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
