The petitioners have challenged the order dated 28.11.2016, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nasik, by which, the Revision filed by the petitioners has been rejected and the order of the Additional Collector, dated 22.9.2010 has been sustained. 2.

The learned AGP points out that the petitioners have a statutory remedy of preferring a second revision in view of the judgment delivered by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (2) SCC 213.

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2- WRIT PETITION NO.510 OF 2017 to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy within six weeks from today. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 6.1.2017 until six weeks from today, would be a ground for seeking condonation of delay.
