The present second appeal is filed against the sole respondent Mahadu Narayan Pawar. The learned Advocate for the appellant had filed Civil Application Stamp No. 13118 of 2021 to bring on record legal heirs of the sole respondent. However, the office has raised objection in respect of said civil application. The learned Advocate has failed to remove those office objections. As a result, the registration of the said civil application stands rejected. 2.
As a corollary, as the sole respondent has died, therefore, entire second appeal deserves to be dismissed as abated. In turn, the following order.
ORDER
Second Appeal is disposed of as abated as a result of death of sole respondent.
