PER COURT :- 1) This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this court in pursuance to the order passed on 19.08.2014.

2) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would be met in allowing the applicants/claimants to withdraw the sum to the extent of 50%, out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body, on furnishing an undertaking to the effect that in the event of success of the appeal, the applicants would re-deposit the amount within a period of 12 weeks from such decision. Balance amount of 50% out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this court shall be permitted to be withdrawn on applicants' furnishing a solvent security for the like amount.

3) Civil Application stands disposed of.
