Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that though the petitioners have raised grievance in the petition in respect of staff schedule submitted to the authorities, subsequent to the filing petition, the authorities have retained the staff sanction permitted to the petitioners, as such, the grievance raised in the petition is no more survives.
