Heard. These applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent No.3 - acquired body in this Court. The learned Advocate for the applicant has placed on record copy of order passed in Civil Application No.668 of 2024 with connected applications dated 19.01.2024. This Court by the said order had allowed the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing usual undertaking. In view of the same the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

(ii) The balance amount shall be invested in the fixed deposit of any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal.

(iii) The civil applications are accordingly allowed and are disposed off.
