Learned APP waives notice for all respondents and upon oral instructions from respondent No.2 submits that the proposal that has been sent by the Anti Corruption Bureau would be decided within a period of four weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking. In prayer clause 'B' the petitioner has prayed for the writ to direct respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal dated 04.07.2024 forwarded by respondent No.3 for getting sanction to file charge sheet. In view of the said undertaking the respondents have taken care of prayer clause 'B' depending upon the decision on the proposal, the decision in respect of filing of charge sheet would be taken.
