Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as per the letter dated 21.01.2015 issued by respondents, the petitioner has complied the deficiencies. Mr. Bora, the learned counsel submits that, in affidavit itself it is stated that, if the compliance is made as per requirement laid down vide letter dated 21.01.2015, the application would be processed in accordance with law.

In the light of that, in case compliance is made by the petitioner, then the respondents shall process the application of
