The present writ petition is admittedly filed taking exception to an interim order passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Ahmednagar on 20th April, 1995 below Exhibit U-2 in Complaint (ULP) No.215 of 1994. A report has been called by this Court from the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar as about the status of the aforesaid complaint. Report received by Fax discloses that the aforesaid Complaint (ULP) No.215 of 1994 has been disposed of by Industrial Court, Ahmednagar on 30th August, 2005.

18 wp.3599.95.odt In view of the fact that the original complaint itself has been finally disposed of, the present writ petition has become infructuous, which is admittedly filed challenging the interim order. The writ petition therefore, stands dismissed being infructuous. Rule discharged.
