Mr. S.B. Yawalkar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in fact, in the trial court, the respondent No. 6 was served on the same address. However, now the report is that she is not residing on the said address. In the circumstances, the application for substituted service of notice (C.A. No. 1793/2015) is hereby allowed. The service of notice by paper publication be made returnable four weeks from the date of its publication in the newspaper. Hamdast granted.
