PER COURT :- 1.

This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. 2.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, and on consideration of the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.13487/2012, we deem it appropriate to allow the instant application.

The application is, thus, allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw (i) 50 per cent of the amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing undertaking, and (ii) the balance of the 50 per cent amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Application allowed accordingly.
