State of Punjab and others in Civil Appeal no. 1132/2011 as well as policy of the State Government reflected from Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
