Grievance of the petitioner is that Tahsildar is not deciding the application of the petitioner for correction of Mutation entry. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioner can either file appeal under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code or may approach the Committee constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In view of that, the petitioner may avail the remedy as may be permissible. In that event, all contentions are kept open. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
