The petitioner seeks directions against the Respondents to issue appointment order to him for the post of Assistant Professor of Geography subject and allow him to join in Shri Havagiswami Mahavidyalaya, Udgir.

We have heard learned counsel for respective parties.

The Pro Vice Chancellor has endorsed that he does not approve the selection of the Assistant Professor in Geography subject.

Various documents are placed on record.
According to the petitioner, the document at page 68 is a forged document and the documents at page Nos.41 and 91 are the documents which depict the correct marks given by the Members of the Committee.

The Pro Vice Chancellor has approved the notings of the Deputy Registrar.

Considering the rival contentions of the parties and the documents on record, it would be appropriate if the Pro Vice Chancellor considers the aspect of selection process of Assistant Professor for Geography subject in the Respondent College afresh by considering the documents in the record of the University and
3 W.P.No.733/17 also considering the say of the Vice Chancellor's nominee Dr.V.R.Rathod, who was an independent person.

The Pro Vice Chancellor shall personally consider original documents submitted in his record and also get the say of Dr.V.R.Rathod, Vice Chancellor's nominee and shall take decision afresh expeditiously. In that regard the Pro Vice Chancellor may conduct the inquiry as he deems fit.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
