Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners are seeking seeking transfer on the ground of couple convenience. The petitioners have already given representation to consider their transfer. The same is not attended. As per government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, grievance can be made to the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad with regard to the transfer. The petitioners have also the remedy of appeal before the Commissioner if the Chief Executive Ofcer does not consider the same.

3. The petitioners have given representations ( page 49 and 61) to the Chief Executive Ofcer. In case the said representations are pending with the Chief Executive Ofcer, then the Chief Executive Ofcer shall take decision upon it preferably within period of 30 days on its own merits from the date of service of the order upon him. It is for the Chief Executive Ofcer to consider the vacancies available.
