Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, against the order dt. 31.12.2018 passed by the Collector, the petitioner has a remedy before the Maharashtra

Administrative Tribunal. The grievance of the petitioners is that, the rules relied by the Collector of 06.06.2017 would not apply to the petitioners. The petitioners can agitate the same before the Tribunal. 2.

In light of the above, with a liberty to approach the Tribunal, the writ petitions are disposed of. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the order of reversion has not yet taken effect. If the petitioners are not yet reverted, they may not be reverted for 10 days from today so as to enable the petitioners to approach the Tribunal. 4.

Needless to state that, on lapse of 10 days from today, the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end. We have not dilated on the merits of the matters. All the contentions in that regard are kept open. No costs.
