Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant has moved this civil application seeking extension of time for depositing costs in pursuance to the order dated 10/04/2015. It has been explained in para No. 3 of the application that there is omission to pay costs and there had been no deliberate intention. Having regard to aforesaid, I deem it expedient

2 C.A. 518.2017 in S.A.St. 29119.2011 to indulge into the request on enhancement in the costs from ` 1,000/- to ` 2,500/-. Learned counsel informs that, as a matter of fact, ` 1,000/- have been deposited on 09/02/2017. As such, further sum of ` 1,500/- be deposited as directed under order dated 10/04/2015 within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

In view of the above, the application stands granted in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Objections, if any, be removed within a period of six (6) weeks from today. Put up the matter after removal of objections for admission immediately.
