In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal, if already not decided in accordance with the relevant Rules keeping in view the judgment of this court in the case of Momin Education Society V/s. Education Officer (Primary) and ors. in writ petition No.116/2012 decided on 16th July, 2012, as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from today, and communicate the said decision to petitioner No.1.
