By this application, filed under section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the applicants seek cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 and 3, by the Sessions Court, vide order dated 25th November, 2020. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned advocate for respondents No.2 and 3.

During the course of hearing, it is transpired that charge sheet is filed in the matter and the case is committed to the

{2} acb4-21 Sessions Court and numbered as Sessions Case No. 28 of 2021. The matter is posted for framing of charge on 30th January, 2023.
