Mr. Chavan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the orders are passed by the Appellate Authority, the mutation entry is not carried out as per the said judgment. 2.

Mr. Bharaswadkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and submits that, the petitioner can approach the Committee constituted as per circular dated 13.02.2015.

In view of that, the petitioner may approach the Committee

2 wp 379.17 constituted for redressal of the grievance of such nature as per circular dated 13.02.2015. In case such an application is filed by the petitioner before the Committee, the Committee shall deal with the same expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
