Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate his claim on the basis of Accountant General's new letter received recently. The petitioner is given liberty to make representation on the basis of new letter of the Accountant General to Regional Deputy Director of Education, Latur who shall take further decision without getting influenced by the withdrawal of the petition about entitlement of the petitioner within a period of two months from today. 2 WP 407/2004 the petitioner assured that he shall place a copy of Accountant General's recent letter/correspondence on record within one month. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
