DATE :- 12th September, 2018 Per Court :- Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. On perusal of the petition as well as the documents placed on record, we are of the opinion that in any case the basic prayer in the petition, namely, prayer clause "C" cannot be considered by this Court. In the light of this fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail the other remedies available under the law to the Petitioner.

This Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, with liberty as prayed for.
