Learned advocate for the petitioners also points out that in respect of similarly placed individuals from the same award, respondent No.3 has passed the order on 26/11/2021 (Exhibit 'E').

As per the Roznama in the petitioners' matter pending with respondent No.3 placed at Exhibit 'F', the matter has been closed for passing final order as is evident from the Roznama entry dated 13/08/2024.
