Heard. There is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as the representations filed by the Petitioner with Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not yet been decided.

In that view of the matter, we direct the Respondents to decide the pending representations submitted by the Petitioner, dated 13th September, 2016, 16th September, 2016, 7th February, 2017 and 15th May, 2017, if already not decided, in accordance with law/rules, procedure, as expeditiously as possible, however within THREE MONTHS from today and communicate the said decision to the Petitioner.

We make it clear that we have not commented upon the merits of the contentions raised in the Petition.

With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
