{2} wp469418.odt The grievance of the petitioner-Association is that the representations submitted by it to the Respondents on 31st March, 2017 and 15th May, 2017, have not been decided. The petitioner is seeking inclusion of the game "slingshot" in the various championships.

Considering the nature of the controversy, in our view, interests of justice would be subserved by passing the following order: [i] The petitioner-Association may submit fresh representation, if so advised, to the Respondents within two months from today.

[ii] If such representation is made by the petitioner, the concerned Respondents shall take decision on it within two months from the date of receipt of the representation.
