The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had met with an accident. The petitioner is not paid with the salary. The petitioner is disabled in the accident. The petitioner is also entitled for medical expenses and alternate employment.

The petitioner has already given application to respondent Nos.2 and 4.

Mr. Mote, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos.2 and 4 and further submits that the medical bills are already forwarded to the Civil Surgeon for consideration.

1038. wp.7499.21.odt As far as the claim made in the application is concerned, the respondent No.2 may take decision on the application of the petitioner (page 210), preferably within six months.

In case, some compliance is required on behalf of the petitioner, the respondents may communicate to the petitioner and the petitioner may comply.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
