Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for the complainant.

The applicants and the first informant had dispute over the boundary of the land. Two days before the alleged incident, the applicant Annarao has lodged the report against the present first informant. In view of the quarrel between these two families, possibility of exaggerating the allegations cannot be ruled out. The applicants were immediately sent to magisterial custody after the police custody. In view of the

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1. ANNARAO SHRIPATI PAWAR,

VINOD ANNARAO PAWAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.235 of 2022, registered by Police Station Aurad-Shahajani, District Latur, for the offence punishable under Sections 327, 324, 504, 506, 323 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) Criminal application No.85 of 2023 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
