The present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 12th January, 2001, passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad in Miscellaneous Application No.1 of 2001. The record shows that initially the order impugned was stayed by this Court, but subsequently, the interim stay so granted was vacated. The learned counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that according to her information, thereafter, an Administrator, who was appointed to take over the temporary charge of the Trust, held the elections and the elected body has come in power. In view of the facts so submitted, nothing remains to be considered in the present appeal.
