Mr. A. M. Reddy, learned Counsel, caused his appearance and undertakes to file 'vakalatnama' on behalf of LR's. He opposed application. 3.

Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, no mala fides can be attributed to the Applicants in not bringing LR's of deceased Respondent No. 2 on record in time. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
