Heard learned Advocate appearing for the applicant as well as learned APP for the respondent.

The present application has been filed for relaxation of the condition No.i-a) imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail in Bail Application No.1179 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020. The applicant contends that the marriage of his sister would be solemnized on 10.01.2021 at Cryist Church, Cantonment, Aurangabad. He also submits that his father passed away long back, and therefore, he would be the responsible person,

Cri.Appln_38_2021 who will have to undertake the responsibilities of the marriage ceremony. Learned APP also submits that she has instructions that the other conditions have been abided by the applicant uptill now. He is regularly visiting the Police Station and also that the marriage is to be performed on 10.01.2021 in Church.

Under the said circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed and the above referred condition deserves to be relaxed from 08.01.2021 to 11.01.2021. The applicant shall not enter Jaisingpura area during the said period.

Application stands disposed of accordingly,.
