ORDER :

By this Petition under Article-226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has prayed to direct the Education officer to decide the proposals for approval to the appointments of Petitioner Nos.2 to 4 submitted by Petitioner No.1 Institution on 27th March, 2014, 30th August, 2012 and 10th December, 2014.

Since there is innocuous prayer, in as much as only directions are sought to decide the proposals within stipulated period, we issue following directions.

We direct Respondent No.3 - The Education Officer (Secondary) Dhule, to decide the proposals for approval to the appointments of Petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 submitted by Petitioner No.1 on 27th March, 2014, 30th August, 2012 and 10th December, 2014, if already not decided, on its own merits as

expeditiously as possible however within 12 weeks from today.

Needless to observe that in case Respondent No.3 is of the opinion that before decision is taken it is necessary to call the Petitioners for hearing, the Petitioners shall extend full co-operation to Respondent No.3.

With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. .
