On perusal of record and proceedings, it appears that the objection is that Advocate Mr.C.R.Deshpande has filed pursis at Flag "A" stating therein that the appellant sole has expired. Thereafter, no steps have been taken by the appellant to remove the objection. There is no leave note filed by the learned Advocate for the appellant for today's date. The appellant is the sole appellant and no steps have been taken to bring on record his L.Rs. I pass following order.
