This writ petition was already dismissed for want of prosecution and is restored by order dated 11th June 2025 subject to deposit/payment of cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to be paid within three weeks from the date of this order. The amount is now deposited.

The learned Advocate Mr. Navandar informed that earlier the veterinary colleges where under petitioner No.1. However, now the said colleges are affiliated with the newly established university namely, Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University, Nagpur (MAFSU), in 2001. There are already orders passed by this Court taking note of this fact. Mr. K. P. Roadge has already appeared in the matter. 4.

Today it is seen that the appearance of Mr. Rodge is not shown. It is wrongly shown for respondent. Necessary steps be taken by the petitioner to add MAFSU as petitioner. The steps will be taken within two weeks from today.

Since there is stay, the respondent is not yet reinstated in the service. Looking to this, place the matter for final hearing on board dated 13th November 2025.

If the order is not complied, the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
