Heard learned Assistant Solicitor General for the applicants and learned Advocate Mr. N.V. Gaware for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 66 days condoned in filing Second Appeal. The first and the foremost thing is that the applicants are the Union of India and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment. It can be considered that there would be ladder of the persons or the authority from whom the permission/sanction would be

Though reason given in para No.2 is not that way convincing, yet, taking into consideration the duration of the delay, the liberal approach, that is required to be taken and the point allegedly involved from this Court to condone the delay. Hence, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

The delay stands condoned in filing the Second Appeal. Registry to verify and register the Second Appeal and place it for further consideration on 18.08.2021.
