This is an application for stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 17th May, 2017, passed by the M.A.C.T., Ambajogai, in M.A.C.P. No. 125 of 2011.

This Court vide order dated 23rd April, 2018 granted ad-interim relief subject to deposit of entire amount under the Award. The learned counsel for the applicant - M.S.R.T.C. submits that, as per the order of this Court, the entire decretal amount is deposited

2 CA 639/18 in this Court. In view of aforesaid submission, there is no merit to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award as the decretal amount awarded is deposited in this Court.

In view of above, application in terms of prayer clause "B"

is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
