The order sought to be reviewed, simply reiterates that the executing Court is to execute the decree as it is, that is the plaintiff is to be given 1/12th share in the suit land gut No.481/2. This Court vide order dated 05.12.2018, has reiterated the same. 3.

Since the executing Court cannot go beyond the decree and the same has simply been reiterated under the order sought to be reviewed, the application sans the merits. The same is therefore, rejected.
