1] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that respondents have decided to call separate tenders under different heads like erection of the temporary stalls, supply of electricity, collecting of rent, etc. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across the Bar withdrawal pursis, and the same is taken on record.

2] In view of withdrawal pursis, the Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3] We make it clear that we have not entered upon the contentions raised on merits either by the petitioner or by the respondents.
