This petition can be disposed of by directing the Education Officer(Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nanded to decide the proposal tendered by the management seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground in the year 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and, it is accordingly directed.

While taking decision, the Education Officer shall take into consideration the observations made by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 14738/2017 decided on 20.12.2017 and other similar matters.
